In this Terms of Use Agreement, "you" and "your" refer to each client, prospective client and/or StahlinLaw.com and/or IgniteLegal.com website visitor, "we", us" and "our" refer to Stahlin Law, P.C. and its Employees and Agents. By using our website, or contacting Stahlin Law, P.C., you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use Agreement. PLEASE READ the following information carefully.

Stahlin Law, P.C. legal representation is limited to Federal Trademark Practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, general practice under Michigan Law, and, in certain circumstances, general practice under Georgia Law. Shannon C. Stahlin, Esq. is admitted to practice in Michigan only. Stahlin Law, PC also provides legal representation under Georgia Law through the Law Office of Samuel L. SEVERABILITY. In the event that any of the provisions of this Terms of Use Agreement are held to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
